The deal

What we offer

Competitive salary (B2B only).
Equity (ESOP).
Mac setup.
Space to grow and conquer: you gain 5 years of experience in 12 months.
No other benefits.
Stationary position only – we don't hire fully remote.

Expand a role to see what we're looking for.

You do cold calls all day and set up demo meetings with Heads of Operations / COOs of field operations companies.
You publish on LinkedIn daily.
You do email and LinkedIn outreach.
You don't need previous sales experience but you show openness, coachability and a willingness to learn on the job.
Apply for Founding BDR
You're co-creating our model.
You're a generalist.
Ratio of code you generate versus write by hand is 90/10 (or less).
You always challenge the assumptions but are able to list 2–3 possible experiments to solve the issue.
You did at least one full project from 0 to 1.
Technical skills
We use react, react-native, nodejs, postgres.

You graduated high school or are still in college (any major).
You want to learn to sell ideas (products, solutions, concepts).
You've competed in sports, racing, fashion, chess or any other ambitious venture.
Apply for Sales intern
You graduated high school or are still in college (major in arts, design, architecture, industrial design).
You care about design, fashion, culture and beautiful objects in your surroundings.
You've used at least one of these tools: Figma, Illustrator or Canva.
You use Claude Code or any other agent to automate your work.

You can demonstrate a GitHub repo / open-source contribution, coding agent session, Open Claw flow, or any other live project.
You are a human on planet Earth.
