- Live ✓ feedback while you record. As you talk, fields tick off in real time so you can see exactly what's been captured and what's still missing — no more guessing whether you mentioned the roof type.
- Tabbed confirm screen after recording. A cleaner layout splits what got synced to HubSpot from what was only captured in the note, so you can review everything at a glance.
- Every captured field is visible. The note recap and the "From note" tab now show all extracted fields — including suggestions you declined — so nothing is hidden.
- Sharper mapping page summary. The HubSpot mapping reference screen now reads more clearly so you understand what your team is set up to capture.

- More reliable transcription: rewrote the speech engine to keep going across pauses, recover from phone-call interruptions, and stop dropping audio mid-recording.
- Recordings no longer cut off on silence when speech-to-text is on — the session waits for you to finish.
- Faster results after a recording — we cap follow-up processing so you're not left waiting on long sessions.
- Fixed a bug where short recordings would trigger unnecessary processing in the background.
- Recorded audio files are now reliably playable on the note detail screen.
