- Fill your own forms by voice. Upload the Excel, Word or CSV form you already use, then fill it out by talking. The AI listens, puts each answer in the right place, and gives you back a finished file that looks exactly like your original — same layout, same formatting.
- Capture a whole row at once. For asset registers and checklists, say all the details for one line — make, model, location, condition — and the AI splits them into the correct columns for you.
- Multi-sheet workbooks. Forms with several tabs now fill correctly, with each tab handled on its own.
Improvements
- Choose how each section gets captured. Set a section to be filled by photo or by voice, so the form matches the way you actually work on site.
- One page per defect. Compliance reports now print a clean page for each defect with its photos — ready to hand straight to a client.
