What's new
- Scheduled inspections on your phone. Inspections from your PPM/maintenance schedule now appear pinned at the top of the reports sheet in the app, colour-coded by urgency (red = overdue, amber = due soon). Tap one to start — the form pre-fills with the device details automatically.
- Completing an inspection marks it done in the schedule. Once a protocol is submitted and approved, the matching schedule cell flips green on its own. No manual update needed in the admin grid.
- Push reminders for due and overdue inspections. Assigned technicians get a notification when an inspection is coming up or has passed its due date. Admins receive a daily digest showing what is still open across the whole team.
- Attach defect photos to protocol reports. Technicians can now add photos of faults and irregularities directly within a protocol fill. The photos appear in the generated PDF alongside the rest of the findings.
- Office-side signatures on web review. Roles marked as "back-office" no longer need to be signed on the device in the field. A signature pad appears in the web review for office staff to sign after the fact — the report cannot be approved until every required role has been signed.
- Voice notes saved and visible per section. Voice recordings added in "Notes" (Notatka) sections are now stored separately per section and shown in the web review alongside their photos.
- Invite new team members with project access and name. When sending an invite you can now enter the person's first and last name and choose which projects they will have access to — all from the invite form.
Improvements
- Site maps open instantly and stay sharp when zooming. Site maps now start loading as soon as you open a project, so tapping "Site Map" is instant. Zooming in to place a pin no longer gets pixelated — images render at high resolution so you can place pins precisely.
- Document scanning feels instant. After taking a photo the app moves to the result screen straight away, without freezing on the camera. Saved documents also open faster thanks to progressive loading.
- Manual entry is always reachable in protocol fill. If photo extraction fails or the network is too slow, the app now shows a clear "skip to voice / enter manually" option so you are never left stuck mid-fill. A 15-second timeout stops the spinner from running indefinitely.
- Multi-fill protocols show progress and stay available. Protocols assigned to be completed N times (e.g. 100 units) now display a "3/100" counter in the project list and remain accessible until all N fills are done.
- Onboarding practice no longer burns a credit. The practice recording at first login now runs in a sandbox — no project is created, no credit is used, and it works correctly for invited field workers.
- Multiple header and conclusion sections handled correctly. When a template has several sections of the same type (e.g. two header sections), each one now stores its photos, voice clips, and field data separately — no overwriting between sections.
- Template editor: skip nameplate photo on repeated header sections. You can now mark subsequent header sections to skip the nameplate photo prompt, so technicians are not asked to photograph the same device twice on multi-header protocols.
Fixes
- Stuck uploads no longer block protocol submit. In rare cases after toggling offline then online, some media uploads could get stuck and prevent submitting the protocol entirely. The stuck items are now cleared automatically and submit is always available.
- Invited team members always land in the right organisation. Fixed a bug where users who self-signed-up without an invite could end up outside their company's workspace.
- Schedule grid updates reliably after approval. Completing a scheduled inspection now correctly marks the cell done (green) in the admin schedule grid instead of staying amber.
