What's new
- Protocols pre-fill devices from the schedule: When a protocol is started from a PPM schedule row, the device register is already populated with that row's devices. A device that cannot be found on site can be marked as "not found" with a note on who flagged it, when, and why. No more re-entering devices that the schedule already knows about.
- Object data available offline: Notes, walkthroughs and the device list for a site are now kept on the phone and available without a signal. Captures made while offline appear in the same list as synced ones, with a small "not sent yet" indicator. Searches work on the phone's stored copy when offline.
- Approve multiple protocols at once: On the web, managers can now tick several protocols in the approval queue and approve them all in one action. A summary shows how many succeeded and names any that failed.
- Default values for template fields: Protocol template fields can now be given a default value. The default pre-fills the field when a protocol is started and can be freely changed. A small reset icon appears on a field that was changed from its default.
Improvements
- Photo descriptions in the correct language: Remarks written automatically from protocol photos now come out in the language of the protocol (Polish on Polish protocols, English on English ones).
- Glossary suggestions from uploaded documents: When adding glossary terms, Workvoice now suggests terms it found in documents you have already uploaded, so you don't have to type them from scratch.
- Stronger password rules at sign-up: New accounts and invite sign-ups now require a password with at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit.
Fixes
- Building creation error message corrected: Creating a new site with a name that is already taken now shows the right message instead of a generic "failed to save settings".
- Team "Assigned projects" listed wrong buildings: Buildings that were not proper objects were appearing in the team's assigned-projects list. This is now filtered correctly.
